Hosts - Friendly, engaging staff to greet guests, answer phones, seat guests, some cleaning duties.
Servers - Friendly, engaging staff to interact with guests during their dining experience. Must be able to communicate clearly, learn the food and alcohol menus, minor cleaning and transporting food and drink to tables.
Bartenders - Duties include that of a server, plus the responsible sale of alcohol to guests on premise.
Dishwasher - Must be able to perform basic cleaning duties, operate a dish machine, understand how to use a three compartment sink and do minor prep in the kitchen.
Janitorial - Duties to include cleaning restrooms, sweeping, mopping, dusting, changing light bulbs and other assorted cleaning duties.
Prep Cook - Must be able to follow recipes, work in a clean and productive environment, be a team player, basic cleaning duties and maintain health department standards.
Line Cook - Variety of cooking positions to include, but not limited to grilling, saute, fry, apps and salads.
